How can code of conduct and other verbiage in license solve the stated problem - inability of users to contribute because they can't program? Most OSS devs like to interact empathically with users already, having community is part of their motivation.
War is Peace, Freedom is Slavery, and this kinda thinking is the result of bringing good people up while wrapped in a world of nonsense.
If you believe that "These licenses that we have in FLOSS all enshrine selfish and privileged behaviours." to the authors but not the users... I dunno what to tell you.
