Switching to Potassium-Enriched Salt Could Save Millions of Lives (scitechdaily.com)

"... offering a taste-neutral solution ..."

None of the salts that include potassium have tasted the same as regular salts (even regular salts can have taste differences). Sure, potassium inclusive salts are probably closer to taste than no salt at all. It still leaves something to adjust to in my experience.

"Despite its benefits and patient compliance, current guidelines rarely endorse these salt substitutes... "

It depends on what the guidelines are for. When dealing with things like kidney issues, potassium salts are also potential problems. Most potassium suppliments are strictly regulated, like 100mg in a multivitamin, etc due to potential issues. If it's just high blood pressure it's already pretty commonly suggested.
